Bu çalışmada 1960’lı yıllarda çeşitli Avrupa ülkelerine göçen Türk vatandaşlarının Avrupa’da doğan çocuklarının günümüzde, Türk ve Müslüman olmaları dolayısıyla yaşadıkları toplumda karşılaştıkları sorunlar, Türk örf ve adetlerini ne kadar yaşatabildikleri ve Türk vatandaşlarının Avrupa toplumunda kendi aralarında ne kadar örgütlenebildikleri çatışma kuramı bağlamında, odak grup görüşmesi tekniği kullanarak incelenmiştir. Çalışma, Avrupa’ya göç eden Türklerin, göçün ilk yıllarındaki kadar çetin olmasa bile, dini yaşayış, kültürel tutum ve dil konusunda karşılaştıkları sorunun, ön yargıların ve yabancı düşmanlığının günümüzde hala devam ediyor olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
