So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Objectives: The aim of this study is to compare recent developments in the regime of closure of political parties in Turkey with European standards. Methods: Examination of legislation and court decisions and literature survey has been conducted. Results: The study determens that a number of improvements have been made in the legislation in terms of the closure of political parties in Turkey but it has been found to be far behind European standards and it is necessary to make a new political party law in the light of ECtHR judgments and to make the Constitutional Court case law harmonized with ECtHR judgments and international legal standards.
