The aim of this study is to investigate the change in the work done in the field of human resources management in Turkey within the scope of the National Management and Organization Congresses. In this context, papers in the field of human resources in the proceedings books published in the National Management and Organization Congress from 1993 to 2016, were subjected to content analysis in terms of the title of the paper, the institution authors (s) work, the number of authors, the research method used, and the sample. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that the number of the proceedings in the field has increased since 2004 and that the most studied subjects are career management, strategic human resources management, performance management and quantitative methods are more preferred by the researchers.
