Bu çalışma, örgütlerin stratejileri ve kurumsal girişimcilik davranışları arasındaki ilişkiyi ve her ikisinin örgüt performansı üzerindeki etkilerinin ortaya çıkarılması amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Bu maksatla Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren bazı imalat sanayi firmalarından çeşitli kademelerde çalışan 121 yöneticiden anket tekniği ile toplanan veriler hiyerarşik regresyon analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Yapılan hiyerarşik regresyon analizi neticesinde elde edilen bulgular incelendiğinde, örgütlerin strateji tiplerinin örgütlerin kurumsal girişimcilik davranışları ile finansal performansı üzerinde etkileri olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca, kurumsal girişimcilik davranışlarının örgütlerin finansal performans değişkenini yordadığı ortaya konulmuştur. Bu kapsamda kuramsal gerekçeler ışığında ortaya konulan ilişkiler genel olarak desteklenmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen tüm sonuçlar alan yazını bulguları ışığında tartışılmıştır.
