Defined as generation Y born in 1977-1994 are potential labor for today and at managerial positions for the near future. In this work, it was studied to determine the perceptions and thoughts of generation Y about the components of transformational leadership which is known as coherent with the present as creating a shared vision, opening new paradigms, high motivation skills, team work, creativity, problem solving skills, staff empowerment and flexible management approach
