In the recent years the concept of reputation is getting more and more important especially for managers and entrepreneurs. Reputation is a set of assets that aren't substantial but valuable. On the other hand corporate reputation is the sum of assumptions and thoughts of the environment of the organization, related to the organization. They are the good or bad, weak or strong reaction to the corporate's image of the shareholders as organization's worker customer and etc.. In this sense, corporate reputation is the indication of organization's value for the shareholders. The data gathered from managers and entrepreneurs is analyzed in this study which examines the relationship between performance and corporate reputation. Data is provided from private educational institutions (private kindergarden & nursery, private primary school & secondary school, private foreign language centers, motor vehicle driving courses and private teaching institution) via face to face questionnare technique. According to the literature review, a study which examines the relationship between corporate reputation and managers and entrepreneurs performance is not encountered. In this context, this study will contribute to the literature
