Human capital and social capital make up the sub-dimensions of intellectual capital which provides competitive advantage for the organizations. They are vital for the competencies and skills of organizations. The concept of human capital identifies all of the skills and productivity features such as knowledge of employees. Social capital term expresses interpersonal relationships and mainly interactions formed by participation. In this study, managers of the private educational institutions such as foreign language courses have been analyzed in terms of their social and human capital features. In this context, foreign language courses located in Adana province have been selected and their managers have been informed about the study. Through face to face interviews and survey techniques data have been collected. In order to measure the collected data, human capital scale of Shane (2000) and social capital scale of Onyx and Bullen (2000) have been used in data collection tool. Consequently, it is thought that this study will contribute to the management and organization researches
