The conditions in which the individuals who have equal efficiency come up against unequal behaviours in workforce market are defined as differentiation. The women are indispensable production elements except for the workforce market and their existence has been limited to “secondary work force status” behind the men both in the past and today. The employment rate of women in banking sector can not be underestimated. It is clearly seen that the men employed in top-ranked jobs and managerial positions have a higher rate. The women experience gender discrimination in banking sector in terms of career. This study aims at exploring the subject with a field survey carried out in the province of Muğla to evaluate the accuracy of the argument presented
