Nowadays, continuity of GSM operators, take part in service sector which grows up rapidly, is directly related to customer satisfaction. With rapid developments in technology, mobile phones which are produced in different brands and models have become indispensables in our lives and has created a huge market for GSM operators. In this study, a field work about customer satisfaction of GSM operators operate in Turkey is made. Research results are evaluated with IBM SPSS Statistics 20 packaged software. After evaluation, sorting based criterias and criterias open to improvement of operators are determined
