So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Avrupa’da uzun yıllar boyunca yaşanan düşük işsizlik oranları, küresel piyasalardaki gelişmelerle birlikte 1990’lı yıllardan itibaren yüksek seviyelerde seyretmektedir. Yüksek işsizlik oranları ve bunun yarattığı sosyal huzursuzluklarla mücadele etmek üzere Avrupa Birliği İstihdam Stratejisi ortaya konulmuş ve bu kapsamda yeni istihdam politikaları (Aktif ve Pasif Politikalar) uygulanmaya başlamıştır. İşsizliğin azaltılması ve istihdamın arttırılması için uygulanan politikalardaki temel gereksinim, işgücü piyasalarına esneklik kazandıracak politika karmasının etkileşim içerisinde, çalışmayı ve iş aramayı teşvik edecek şekilde uygulanmasıdır.
