So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Innovations and changes in the field of civil aviation have become inevitable with reasons such as global liberalization in the aviation sector, attractive competition in the sector, attractive ticket prices, high living standards with increasing middle class. Although the civil aviation sector is an important sector in our country since the first years of the Republic, priorities given to other modes of transport, economic crises, etc. for some reason it has not reached the desired level until 2000's. The employment figures of the sector both in the world and in our country show an increase parallel to this rapid development; has become a sector providing employment directly or indirectly to approximately 62 million people in the world and about 200 thousand in Turkey. Rapid increases are expected in the future of employment. The aviation industry has a significant impact on the economy, including national income and employment. The main objective of this work is to reveal the current employment situation of the civil aviation sector, which is increasing day by day in terms of employment in Turkey and thus contribution to GDP
