The purpose of this research is to reveal opinions of teachers about primary school administrators’ management of their schools by organizational and social values and acquisition of these values. The research is a descriptive study that is one of the methods of qualitative research. “The scale of administrator and teacher opinion” developed by researcher was used as a data collection The universe of the study was composed of 79 primary schools in Van city center and the sample of the study was composed of 250 teachers chosen from 25 primary schools by lot. The obtained Data were analyzed using SPSS package. As a result of the study research, it was concluded that teachers think administrators implement positively the principles of success, conformity of administration ethics, self-confidence, work commitment, maturity and democracy; compared to female teachers, male teachers lean towards such principles as secularism, self-esteem and accordance that administrators implement. It was also concluded that teachers’ own personal values were in accord with the values of schools that they work.
