In this study, it was aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the motivation of health personnel and to determine how they affected motivation. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 222 health personnel working in a private hospital in Ankara. Job satisfaction and motivation scales, which have been used in the past research, have been used as data collection tools. As a result of the analysis of the research data, it was determined that the participants were at a lower level of satisfaction. It has been concluded that the internal motivation of the participants is high, the external motivation is none or inadequate and the overall motivation is moderate. At the end of the study, ıt was determined that the job satisfaction factor has a positive effect on employees' motivations, has a significant relationship between job satisfaction and motivation, and job satisfaction increases employee motivation.
