Social marketing focuses on changing the attitudes and behaviour of different target groups. Also, social marketing puts forth the marketing approaches applications for administration and planning the social programme. Social marketing principles and techniques are frequently used to improve public health, prevent accidents, protect the environment, and suchlike events. Today, people want to have knowledge about many topics and want to be informed about the products and services that will make their lives easier. By social marketing campaigns the individuals are provided new information and applications on their wants and needs. In this study, E-Pulse application is assessed under social marketing and the awareness of the E-pulse has been measured. A questionnaire method has been conducted to the health service consumers and healthcare staff. 273 questionnaires have been evaluated. It has been seen that both for the health consumers and healthcare staff the e-pulse awareness level is high mid-level.
