Abstract:

When a story is presented on multiple platforms such as film, television, short movies, comics, animation, mobile, marketing presentations and social media it is called transmedia storytelling. Transmedia storytelling, involving the interaction and participation of the target group, has become a popular narrative in recent years. In this study, one of the writers of Wattpad, an internet-based platform, will examine the story of Büşra Küçük's Kötü Çocuk. It has turned into a movie with the story printed as a book outside the Wattpad platform. Kötü Çocuk is a story that the target is also interacting with social networks. Kötü Çocuk bearing the characteristics of a transmedia narrative will be examined in the context of the characteristics of this narrative style. A case study is a qualitative research method in the study. In the study, the story will be reviewed on the platforms (Wattpad, printed books, motion pictures, social networks and blogs).
