The success of the academic education and professional advancement will be owing to motivation. The aim of the research to determine the reasons of level differences between the students of Vocational School of Health Services at Namık Kemal University. Research conducted in the quantitative design and data were collected through Academic Motivation Scale which adapted to Turkish by M. Hülya Ünal Karagüven (2012). Kruskall-Wallis and Mann-Whitney U tests were used because of research data does not conform a normal distribution. Motivation differences were found in a conducted study. Medical documentation students is important group is for this research. Medical documentation students’ motivation level was found higher than other programs’ students at Extrinsic Motivation-Introjected and Extrinsic MotivationExtrinsic Regulation motivation subscale. Secondary education students score level was higher than other students and first class students level was higher than level of other students.
