Abstract:

In global competition enviroment the most basic feature for the need of staff that seak for has been the profiency of the foreign language. It is suggested by many researchers that in our country learning foreign languages have many difficulties. Most of the investigations show that there are problems resulting from lack of motivation in the basic of learning foreign languages. In this work the motivation about learning foreign languages is compared with the office management and executive assistance students, and foreign trade program and bank-insurance students of Pamukkale University Buldan Vocational School, and it is tried to determine the differences between the departments. 300 of students were circumstantially conducted a three-part survey with 41 questions which had been supplied of reliability and prepeared by 5 likert measure. Frequencies, percentages, avarages, standard deviations are obtained of the data achieved in the research, and with the aim of determining the differences between the departmants the comments are made about the analysis of t values variance results by defining with SPSS 16 program.
