In education service, alteration parties are institutions which offers education service and students who are traineeships. Thus, students are consumers in education service and satisfaction of present students must be priority aim for education institutions. The way to achieve this is possible with to understand correctly perceived service quality of students. The purpose of this study reveals perceived education service quality of vocational high school students. To accomplish this purpose service, service quality concepts, and affecting factors to service quality are explained, and then a survey is applied for show up perceived education quality of Pamukkale University (PAU) Kale vocational high school (VHS) students through importance-performance method which developed by Martilla and James (1977). According to the results of research found that the most important factor is lecturer, the least important factor is social facilities of Kale VHS and the highest performance to belong class of Kale VHS, the lowest performance to belong social facilities of Kale VHS for Kale VHS students.
