Abstract:

SAFEVİLERİN SON DÖNEMİNDE RUSYANIN AZERBAYCAN`IN     HAZARSAHİLİ VİLAYETLERİNİ İŞGAL ETMESİNDE ERMENİ FAKTÖRÜNÜN  ROLÜ VE BUNUN NAHÇIVANA ETKİSİ In the late period of Safavids the role of Armenian factor and its impact on Nakhchivan in the Russian occupation of the Caspian provinces   İLHAMİ ALİYEV*   ÖZET   XVIII. yüzyılın 20 yıllarında Safeviler devletinin tenezzül etmesi onun topraklarının komşu devletler tarafından işgal edilmesine yol açtı. Bu zaman Azerbaycan'ın Hazarsahili vilayetleri Rusya tarafından istila edldi. Aslında bu yerlerin işgal edilmesi çar I Petro'nun önceden isteğiydi. Bu isteğin temelini atanlardan biri de Ermeniler olmuştu. Başta Ermeni milliyetçisi İsrael Ori olmakla, Ermeniler bu konuyu Çardan rica etmişlerdi. Bu konuda onların temel amacı Rusya'nın himayesinden yararlanarak kendilerinin hayali "Ermeni devleti"ni kurmak olmuştur. Bizim amacımız bu dönemde Ermenilerin Azerbaycan topraklarında Rusya taraftarı propaganda yaymasını ve hatta Rusya'nın bu yerleri, özellikle de Nahçıvan bölgesini işgal etmesi için Ermenilerin tertip ettikleri projeleri tetkik ve tahlil etmek olmuştur.   Anahtar kelimeler: Safevi Devleti, Rusya, Hazarsahili vilayetler, Nahçıvan bölgesi, Ermeni milliyetçisi.   ABSTRACT   The decline of the Safavid state led that its  lands occupied by the neighboring states in the 20th years of the eighteenth century. This time, the Caspian provinces of Azerbaijan were occupied by Russia. In fact, the occupation of these places was the tsar First Peter's long-standing desire. The Armenians was one of the founders of this request. Headed by the Armenian nationalist Israel Ori, Armenians asked the tsar to this issue. In this mission, the main goal of them had been  to build their fictitious "Armenian state" by using Russia`s  protection. Our goal has been to research and analyse Russian loving  propaganda, taking by the Armenians in the Azerbaijani territory and even, the projects of Armenians to occupy these lands, especially the region of Nakhchivan by Russia during this period.   Key words: The Safavid Empire, Russia, the Caspian provinces, the region of Nakhchivan, the Armenian nationalist. * Doç.
