So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Osmanlının son döneminde, İttihat ve Terakki ile başlayan vesayet, Cumhuriyet döneminde, 1946’ya kadar tek parti vesayeti biçiminde, 1946’dan itibaren de çok partili siyasal hayat üzerinde varlığını sürdürmeyi başarmıştır. Özellikle 27 Mayıs 1960 darbesi sürecinde hazırlanan 1961 Anayasası ile kurumsallaşan vesayet, 1982 Anayasasının getirdiği bir kısım Anayasal kurumların yardımıyla varlığını pekiştirerek devam ettirmiştir. Vesayeti tehlikeye girdiği durumlarda, askeri darbeyle varlığını güvence altına almış; askeri darbeler öncesi ortaya çıkan, terör, şiddet ve ekonomik bunalımlar aracılığıyla da gerçekleştirdiği darbeleri ve vesayet düzenini meşrulaştırma çabası içinde olmuştur.
