In this study, it can be effective to organizational goal orientation; learning, performance proving, avoidance orientations and tendencies of against to orientations were analyzed. Various statistical methods were used on the data. 90 sets of data were obtained from the administrator created were analyzed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test the suitability of a normal distribution. SPSS 16.0 and through the scale of the reliability test at the AMOS 23.0 program is calculated as : ,707. Factor Analysis with sub-factors were established. Benefiting from factors determined by Factor Analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis was applied to the correlation between the variables in the data matrix. On the other hand, Structural Equation Model and latent (implicit) also taking into account the explanatory relationships between variables Path Analysis (Structural Models) utilizing, it was also examined effects between learning, performance proving and avoidance orientations. Also, variables created in Multiple Linear Regression equations and t has reviewed the relationship between variables. Learning Orientation, on positive Performance Proving Orientation; Avoidance Learning and Performance Proving Orientation of a negative effect has been observed. .Orientation learning increases, Performance Proving Orientation increasing, Learning and Performance Proving Orientation increases, Avoiding Orientation is decreasing.
