So many results that aren't mine?

TÜRKİYE'DE KAMU HARCAMALARININ TOPLAM İSTİHDAMA ETKİSİ ÜZERİNE BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Abstract:

Çalışmamızda cari, yatırım ve transfer harcamalarından oluşan kamu harcamalarının istihdam üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Kullanılan seriler 1990-2013 arasındaki yıllık verilerden oluşmaktadır. Verilerimize birim kök testi (ADF)ve Granger nedensellik testi kullanılarak Türkiye için verilerin analizi yapılmıştır. Elde ettiğimiz sonuçlara göre kamu harcamalarından istihdama doğru bir nedensellik ilişkine rastlanılmamıştır. İstihdamdan cari harcama-lara doğru bir nedensellik ilişkisi tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca regresyon sonuçlarımıza göre özel sektör yatırım har-camaları toplam istihdamı pozitif yönde etkilemektedir. Buna göre özel sektör yatırım harcamaları %1 arttığında istihdam %0.12 oranında artmaktadır.
