This paper aims to evaluate business productivity strategies and their implementation methods in the context of competition. The article which includes a conceptual/theoretical evaluation was prepared as two parts, and presented: After the introduction part which emphasize on the importance of productivity in enterprises, in the first section, the reasons for applying operational productivity strategies were discussed on the axis of the productivity management and the low productivity; In the second section, productivity strategies were explained. While in the conclusion section, guided implementation methods of productivity strategies were evaluated.
