So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Training on human factors in aviation is mandated by national and international Civil Aviation Organizations and Authorities. Human factors are the basic elements of all activities of cockpit and cabin crew and the aircraft maintenance technical team. For this purpose, human factors subject are discussed in detail in terms of social psychology, factors affecting performance, physical environment, tasks, communication, human error, hazards in the workplace. In order to minimize the risks that sector employees may cause in aircraft crashes, the authorities have been made a legal obligation to train human factors in detail every two years.
