Abstract:

After the Second World War social municipal applications of the concept of globalization emerged with the spread rising welfare state in the world is the subject of this Article. Our article has tried to reveal the status of our country in the framework of the welfare state and social municipality. In the first part the emergence of the concept of the welfare state and globalization has created in our country with influence in the world has been explained to act. In this sense, local governments, the importance of achieving the municipal social welfare state practices are described clarifies the relationship of these concepts. In the second part of our capital as an example in our country, it explained Ankara Pursaklar social municipal practices in the district and survey data conducted with the public living in the county with this application were evaluated in our country and the social municipality has set out the role and position of the welfare state.
