Abstract:

In this study; the organizations are social structures and the language is the creator of social reality and the movement from the thought to the organizational perspective is aimed at studying the transformation of language and speech. The current problem was also possible to discuss the characteristics and effects of the situation in the organizational language and speech. Thus, the organizational language and speech were addressed through the various frameworks of paradigm change. The current transformation is believed to be true from positivism to interpretation, from analytical philosophy to all-management, from traditional metaphor thinking to contemporary metaphor theory, and from modernism to postmodernism. These frameworks are focused on their direct or indirect effects. In each framework, the effects of transformation and the organizational language and the characteristics of speech are revealed. To determine the effects of conversion and reversion is important to better understand and deal with the existing structure. On the other hand, it was focused on the issue of organizations with effective approaches that can be implemented through language and speech. Methodologically, focusing on the diversity of results that can be obtained through the organizational language and speech studies, the richness and depth of such work problems was attracted.
