Nowadays produce quality products is seen as a key factor for businesses able to survive, compete and growth and development. Businesses, are aware that continuous improvement in basic tools of Total Quality Management customer satisfaction and using modern techniques is needed approach for development. Enterprises have to produce better nicer with much lower costs in order to fight in the competitive domestic and foreign environment . Therefore, enterprise are required to focus on Total Quality Management and Total Quality Management’s tool which is one of the main objectives of the development and improvement of the production process. In this study, to invsestigate Total Quality Management’s impact on manufacturing enterprises and production processes, a field research was conducted in the city of Adiyaman. The main purpose of the study; is to examine the relationship between manufacturing enterprises’ management, employees, customers, market, manufacture, motivation, and cost dimensions with the implementation of Total Quality Management.
