Özet:

People's relationship with nature began with efforts to utilize it and then parallel to the development of science and technology, people were competing for dominance in nature and irresponsible use of nature. However the area and resources that nature possesses are limited and they are not possible to respond to the unlimited demands of people. It is inevitable that the human being who creates and shapes all living and non-living environments and who does not take into account the warnings of the creator who reveals the moral and legal principles of how to use and preserve the environment is threatened by environmental problems. For this reason it is necessary to use natural areas and resources in a balanced and to avoid manner that would disrupt the balance of nature. Especially in our country or countries where the majority of Muslims are live it is necessary to raise awareness of people with environmental education and to observe the rights of all living beings and living communities and even future generations on the environment. It is a human desire and a right. In this study the related literature and the moral aspect of the protection of the nature by the verses and hadiths mentioned in the Qur'an have been evaluated in the context of environmental ethics. It has been observed in the study that subjects related in disciplines such as landscape architecture, architecture and urban district planning as the basic plan decisions and design principles are compatible with environmental ethics. It has been found that the basis of these issues consists of environmental protection, sustainable use and measures to prevent environmental problems and to protect environmental rights and laws.
