Immigration, which is as old as human history and defined as displacement, is based on many different causes and leads to economic, social and cultural consequences. It is stated that economic, social and political events lead to immigration. In addition, natural disasters and educational needs are becoming the causes of migration. Especially economic migration from the industrial revolution to the daylight seems to be experienced frequently. The outcomes of migration based on economic reasons affect both the moving region and the target region in various ways. The change that is taking place brings along social, cultural and economic consequences. In this study, the amount of migration and labor market data obtained and given between 2008-2013 of Kırklareli province were compared with the statistical data of other various institutions, especially TURKSTAT (Turkish Statistical Institute) data. The reasons for the selection of years 2008-2013 include official figures that can be achieved comparatively in terms of migration figures and labor force figures. As a result of the examinations, during the period covering the years 2008-2013, the amount of immigration given by Kırklareli in the course of population growth began to exceed the amount of migration. In the same period, unemployment fell, labor force participation rate and employment rate increased.
