Özet:

The key goal of the study is to investigate the contribution of city’s images to their surroundings and their integration with their surroundings today. For this purpose, the clock tower in the city of Antalya was handled and the relationship of clock tower with the city was revealed based on the literature. Due to the fact that the clock tower is a city image, it does not only contribute to the city, but it also carries an important value for the city residents. Moreover, a point of attraction for both urban residents and tourists coming to the city can be created by evaluating the clock tower and its environs. In addition, it has been thought that the protection of the clock tower will contribute to the historical texture of the city. Ultimately, the clock tower as an image of the city will help the social, cultural and economic development of Antalya city.
