In this study, a compilation has been made on the situations that would be dangerous in terms of occupational health and safety in the fuel facility and the measures that could be taken in this sense. During the distillation of crude oil, propane and butane, bringing LPG, have been also obtained such as fuel-oil, motor, gas, gasoline, etc. However, when they are produced and stored in tanks, liquid propane and butane, such as motor and gasoline, do not stop in liquid state when put into a container that is open to the air and they evaporate immediately and become gas. When evaporated, LPG, which occupies a volume of 300-350 times the volume of liquid, is stored in small volumes and must be kept liquid under pressure which can be considered relatively low in special vessels which we call pressure vessels so that they can be used practically. Gasoline and petrol derivatives are highly explosive and are carcinogenic in the second category. In addition, they are mutagenic, the second category is toxic, irritating, harmful and dangerous to the environment for reproduction. Vapors can cause dizziness and drowsiness. It slightly irritates the respiratory system. The liquid evaporates rapidly and can suddenly burn or explode with flammability in the indoor environment. These products are designed for using only in closed systems. For this reason, it is aimed to provide a safe environment in fuel facilities and stations and to minimize the most possible risks and risks. Measures to be taken to ensure a safe and safe working environment at gas stations include; ensuring fuel safety, constantly observing the safety points of the station, taking necessary precautions against fire hazards, taking necessary precautions against fuel spills and smears and immediate action plan to be implemented immediately in case of an emergency.
