Today, the construction industry is unfortunately an undesirable sector for female employees. The fact that only 1% of women's employment takes place in the construction sector necessitates the questioning of whether women workers have experienced a problem in the sector. For this purpose, questionnare was implemented to 30 female employee who are technical staff in the construction sector and the frequency percentages of the questionnaire were interpreted. As a result of the survey, it was determined that the biggest problem that women employees experienced in the sector was "sexist approaches". Employees do not feel any pressure associated to work by their family environment, but in working environment, their gender status is a disadvantage for them.
