ABSTRACT Intellectual capital components Makes the most contribution to business performance in achieving business goals. In today's world of knowledge, competitive advantage depends on the knowledge that organizations have and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environmental conditions (organizational agility). Human capital and structural capital are the most important intellectual values that organizations have, influencing business performance because of the acquisition of organizational agility. In this study on employees working in integrated meat and dairy factories operating in Konya, both organizational agility and organizational performance of both human capital and structural capital were examined at the same time to examine the effects of organizational agility on organizational performance and impact scores.As a result of the research, both human capital and structural capital are found to be influential on organizational agility and business performance and also, organizational agility has been found to have effects on business performance.
