ABSTRACT The fact that organizations have the ability to respond quickly to changing market conditions with changing customer expectations and demands is seen the most crucial factor in providing competitive advantage.This ability, which organizations have, is expressed as organizational agility.Regarding the acquisition and development of organizational agility, structural capital and customer capital, which are the intellectual capital components, are of great importance.With organizational agility, businesses gain competitive advantage either with product cost effectiveness, marketplace responsiveness, or both. Factors that create value in terms of businesses are the intangible (intellectual) assets. From this point of view, both structural capital and customer capital are effective in providing competitive advantage as two factors creating value. In this study on the employees of manufacturing companies, it was researched how effective the organizational agility is on the competitive advantage as well as the effect of structural capital and customer capital on organizational agility and competitive advantage. As a result of the study, both structural capital and customer capital were influential on organizational agility and competitive advantage; and also organizational agility had an effect on the competitive advantage.
