Therefore, some fiqh issues concerning the payer have been built on the sunset of the sun. Since some of these issues are not understood by some people, many questions have arisen in the head. Taking into account this indispensable interest between worship and time, this report, titled "The Relation of Prayer Responsibility to the Sun", is aimed at; and to establish a scientific jurisprudence comparison based on the judgments related to the law with the juridical evidence. Thus, it is to concretize the relationship between prayer and time. Because the research conducted so far has not been focused on this point of view, and according to their subject is scattered.
