Özet:

The Law No. 6360, “The Law on the Establishment of the Metropolitan Municipality and the Twenty-Seven Districts in the Fourteen Provinces and the Changes in the Decrees in Some Laws and Laws” published in the Official Gazette dated 06/12/2012 numbered 28489, has made very important and extensive changes in the definition of the the concept of the metropolitan municipality, in organizational structures, fields of activity and in the boundaries of its fields of activity of metropolitan municipalities. An analysis study has made about the effects of the Law No. 6360 on the Strategic Plans of 2015-2019 period of Çorlu District Municipality, Zeytinburnu District Municipality, Onikişubat District Municipality and Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality. Within this study, the positive / negative effects of the Law No. 6360 on organizational structures, areas of activity and boundaries of the activity fields for each given municipality and the advantages / disadvantages arising from the emerging situation have been revealed. The study was ended by developing recommendations on the emerging situation.
