Abstract:

The main goal of the paper is to try to find out how the classical period logic had contributed to the procedural sciences such as the kelam and the fiqh. In this context, the works of Islamic thinkers such as Ibn Hazm, Gazzali and Fahreddin Er-Razi will be taken as basis. In particular, we aim to refer to examples of kalam and fiqh by referring to the works of the authors and within the boundaries of the our paper to address the issue of how the classical period logic was used in the sciences such as kalam and fiqh Finally, in our paper will be evaluated the logic criticism of the Kalam, Fiqh and Hadith scholars.
