Abstract:

Advergame is a postmodern marketing strategy that places information and messages of the brand into games specially designed for brands. With this method, firms can isolate themselves from classical marketing strategies. Within the context of integrated marketing communications, using advertising games as a strategy; it really requires a long fiction and design. Therefore, this process should not be perceived as very simple standard internet advertising campaigns are affecting buyers' purchasing decisions at a very low level. However, campaigns prepared with advergame increase this level. Apart from some of the children, it is rather difficult to say that consumers are particularly waiting for customers to follow up on television or similar advertisements. The number of people who love and follow similar applications such as advertisements and advertisements on mass media is scarce. Although advergame strategies were originally intended only for children and as simple games, entertainment, benefits, rewards , in this time the masses of all age groups can easily reach.advergames allow brands to easily reach and communicate with consumers who do not like advertising. In the study, the applications of successful advertising games which are in a different place than the classical advertising circles will be announced. successful example in the world and in Turkey will be evaluated by examples of advergames.
