Strikes are recent development of modern industrial relationships in democrartic societies. Our study conteins what are strikes? And its coverages or kinds. For social life, justice and rights an advantage or not. And also İslamic view abaout strikes. We can say strikes are belonging to western civilization so Muslims may not jump headlong into strikes. Muslims practises and rules are approving or disapproving. This research, respect would be produced. Some scholars say that an employee has no right to withdraw his work or his skill unless there is first a negotiation between him and his employer. Hence, the first step from an Islamic point of view is for the worker to air his grievances and seek arbitration. In the event of the employer becoming intransigent the employee should indicate that unless his grievance is addressed, he is going to cause disruption. If the dispute continues, to avoid interruption in the work necessary to solve the state event. İt must be solved by a powerful and lawful authority. İf the state references islamic rules, there is no need injustice and violence. So this event can be solves by states and this the duty of states. İn addition these states should take necessary measures at the begening. There is no need chaos.
