So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Isaura region is an important ancient city that was surrounded with Cilia in the south, Lykaonia and Phrygia in the north, and Pisidia in the west and was populated from the first age to the new age. It continued its existence till today with its artifacts which are the reflections of the culture and social life of the city and which were preserved till today. The system/order of this city took a new dimension by the entrance of Christianity into Anatolia and so the culture, social life and belief system of this city found itself in a different interaction. One of the areas that this interaction shows itself is the stele, a grave element. In this study, the cross design found on steles in the south necropolis of Isaura ancient city, the capital of the Isauria region, and which is the symbol of the Christianity will be evaluated. The huge number of undetectable steles will contribute in terms of forming a  typology for the similar samples to be found.
