MEVSİMSEL EŞBÜTÜNLEŞME TESTİ: TÜRKİYE’NİN MAKROEKONOMİK VERİLERİYLE BİR UYGULAMA

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, GSYİH, ihracat, tüketim ve yatırım serilerinin 1987:1-2007:3 dönemi çeyrek yıllık verileri kullanılarak mevsimsel birim köklere sahip olup olmadıkları ve mevsimsel eşbütünleşme ilişkisi gösterip göstermedikleri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla HEGY (1990) ve Engle, Granger, Hylleberg ve Lee (1993) testleri kullanılmıştır. Sıfır frekansta ve yarı yıllık frekansta seriler arasında eşbütünleşme ilişkisi bulunamamıştır. Çeyrek yıllık frekansta ise modelde sabit terim ve mevsimsel kukla değişken olduğu durumda GSYİH ve tüketim serileri arasında eşbütünleşme ilişkisi olduğu görülmüştür.
