Abstract:

Özet: Bu çalışmanın amacı, yöneticilerin motivasyonel değerleri ile iş tatmin düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir.Bu amaçla 342 yöneticiye yüz yüze anket uygulanmışta. Elde edilen bulgular; yöneticilerin motivasyonel değerlerinin kendini muhafaza etme boyutunda yoğunlaştığı, motivasyonel değerlerle iş tatmini arasında karşılıklı ilişki bulunduğu ve molivasyonel değerler ve iş tatmininin demografik ve çevresel değişkenler açısından farklılaştığı yönündedir   Abstract: The purpose of this study is to invastigate the relationship between motivationel values of managers and their job satisfaction. Fot this purpose, a face to face questionnaire was applied to 342 managers. According to results, motivational values of managers accumulate on the dimension of self-conservation, There is an interrelationship between motivational values and job satisfaction and motivational values and job satisfaction differentiate in terms of demographic and environmental variables.
