So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Özet: Bu araştırma işgörenlerin kendilerini güçlü hissedebilmeleri için örgütlerin sahip olması gereken sosyal-yapısal özellikleri belirlemeyi hedeflemiştir. Bu maksatla psikolojik güçlendirmenin "etki" boyutu ile örgütlerin sosyal-yapısal özellikleri arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir, Aynca örgütsel sonuçlarda farklılık yaratabilecek düzeye getirilen güçlendirilmiş işgörenlerin göstereceği bağlılık türleri analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma 13 kamu üniversitesindeki 403 akademik personel üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak katılımcı iş iklimi, örgütsel kaynaklara erişim ve bilgiye erişimin güçlendirme ile pozidf yönlü ilişkili olduğu ve güçlendirilmiş işgörenlerin örgütlerine duygusal ve normatif bağlılık gösterdikleri tespit edilmiştir.   Absract: This study aims to define the social structural characteristics that organizations should have to help their employees being feel empowered. With this in mind, the relations between impact dimensions of psychological empowerment with social structural characteristics of organizations are examined. The organizational commitment types of empowered people were also analysed. The study sample was consisted of 403 academicians from the state universities. Participative work climate, access to organizational resources and information were related positively to empowerment. Furthermore the study also found that empowered employees have shown normative and affective commitment to their organizations.
