Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Kayseri ilinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı okullarda beden eğitimi öğretmeni olarak çalışan öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik düzeylerini araştırmaktır. Araştırmada, betimsel nitelikli tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2010-2011 eğitim öğretim yılında Kayseri ilinde çalışan toplam 212 beden eğitimi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan “Kişisel Bilgiler Formu” ve Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır.
