Self-efficacy is one’s belief in his/her own capacity and skills to perform and arrange a variety of behaviors expected in a certain discipline. This study aims to determine self-efficacy perceptions of learners of Turkish as a foreign language in terms of speaking skills and to assess them based on various variables. The universe of the study is composed of C level ( high level) students attending Istanbul-Taksim branch of the TÖMER ( Center for Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language).
