This study aims to uncover the agenda of left-opposition in social media. 545 contents posted by the left-leaning users in a week to the pages of 11 Facebook accounts were analyzed. Results indicate that national news (248) and reviews or critiques (121) are sharing formats that have highest frequencies among all posted contents. Another observation was that the sharing has usually common subjects with mainstream media, while its discourse reflects the critical, opposing stance is clearly salient. Besides, some of the news or critiques those which never took part or fell behind of the mainstream media were shared with the discourse of left-opposition in these pages. These sharings usually provide information-exchanges, announcement of protests or resistance activities. Also, they construct a common feeling for the page followers. Thus, it enables some opportunities to the political positions those not having sufficient representational capabilities in mainstream media. In conclusion, the role of social media in constructing opposing discourses and its function in political culture were discussed in context of the limits of today’s political subject and cyber communication.
