Özet:

In this study, the assessment and evaluation processes to be used to detect what level the student's reading and writing skills to be realized under the program demonstrated within Turkish language course and the distribution of assessment and evaluation methods were classified. This descriptive study revealed that of 51 reading gains, 28 of gains at the end of the process, 20 in the process, 3 gains at the end of the process and in the process; as well as of 42 writing gains, 21 at the end of the process, 12 of the gains both in the process and out of the process, 9 of the gains have been designed to able to be evaluated in the process. In addition to determine the level of realization gains the researcher examined in reading, it has been determined that especially multiple-choice questions are appropriate for scoring keys grade, rating scales and checklists are appropriate whereas gains in writing are appropriate for student of the product files, self-assessment, your back evaluation, performance, assignments, project assignments, and open-ended method of measurement.
