This research is conducted to determine the point of views of the teachers and school managers about the situation of the primary school managers' management of the differences among the teachers. In this research, whether school managers' and teachers' point of views differ according to their positions and whether teachers' point of views show significant differences according to their genders, marital status and seniority levels or not is examined. The sample of the research consists of 50 managers and 357 teachers working at primary schools in Osmangazi district of Bursa City. For data analysis, the arithmetic average, t test and ANOVA techniques were applied. According to the research results, the point of views of the teachers and school managers about the situation of the primary school managers' management of the differences among the teachers have significant difference with all dimensions of the research. The top dimension that managers realize while managing the differences among the teachers is the dimension of managing the diversity, on the other hand for teachers it is the dimension of benefiting the diversity of the teachers. The teachers' point of views about the managers' managing situations of diversity of teachers have significant difference according to their genders and seniority levels, but there is no significant difference with the marital status.
