Çalışma, imam-hatiplerin ve Kuran kursu öğreticilerinin tükenmişlik durumunun belirlenmesi ve bu durumun bazı demografik özelliklere göre irdelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı bir araştırma olan çalışmanın örneklem grubu, evrenden sistematik örnekleme ile seçilerek oluşturulmuştur. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği ve demografik bilgilerin yer aldığı soru formlarının uygulanmasıyla toplanmış ve SPSS ile analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlar: Sonuçlara göre Kuran kursu öğreticileri ile imam-hatipler duyarsızlaşma açısından farklılaşmakta fakat duygusal tükenme ve kişisel başarı alt boyutlarında farklılık görülmemektedir. Yaş, duygusal tükenme ile ilişkilidir. Mesleki kıdem, duygusal tükenme ve duyarsızlaşma ile ilişkilidir. Duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma ve kişisel başarı, medeni durum, çalışma yerinin köy ya da şehir olması ve öğrenim düzeyine göre farklılaşmamaktadır.
