The abstraction process of the linear equation of two sixth class students, who are known to be successful in the mathematics education, has been researched by using RBC+C abstraction model, where investigations are performed over cognition activities of recognising, building-with, constructing and consolidation. Research problems have been prepared for this research in form, which would primarily allow distinguishing these cognitive activities. After that, problems are solved by students. The data is obtained by participant observing method. It has been understood as a consequence of the study, which has been performed with the use of the RBC+C abstraction model that both of the students have constructed the linear equation of themselves
